The waitresses had to cook because Ken burned all of the food they threw away so much food. I've never heard the F-word and the B-word said many times, especially in a restaurant. Now, the two young ladies were cooking because the cook Ken said I’m not cooking sh*t. There was another young lady that had the nastiest facial expression that said, I'm not taking any orders and walked outside cursing as well. One young lady by the name of Kenyatta looked at my daughter and me and kept walking. The tables were dirty, they did not attempt to clean the tables. The two young ladies were cursing at the male co-worker I think his name is Ken as well as an annoying customer. Well,upon entering the restaurant all three of the employees were in a heated argument. We’ve been going to the Rebsaman Road restaurant in Little Rock, AR because the food has always been good especially when the older lady is there. My daughter and I had just gotten back to Arkansas after a long plane ride. But once I arrived at #1195, KAYLA met me with a frown, NO APOLOGY FOR THEIR ERRORS, THEN KAYLA RUDELY TOLD ME: "CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU GO BECAUSE I WONT REPLACE ANOTHER ONE." How do you check mine and another Officers' Omelette at counter for HAM? Why not "We're sorry for the mix up and let me know if there's any problem?" The food was prepared wrong TWICE in one week at Seneca by THEM, got hung up on 3 times, BUT KAYLA RUDE IN TONE & CONTENT, NO APOLOGY, THEN SHE I TOLD ME TO CHECK 2 EGG OMELETTES BECAUSE SHE WONT REPLACE IT AGAIN! THAT DID IT! My partner is from CA. I called 02JULY2022 at about 9 am, spoke to unknown, and she said “WE CAN FIX YOU ANOTHER ORDER” - which is good. So I called and they HUNG UP- 3 TIMES - before I spoke! Then straight to machine. Then on 01JULY2022 at 10:20-30 am approx, I got the SECOND two hammed-up same way. Last 2 had HAM IN OMELETTES - A LOT, but not many vegetables. But when a Staff Member, KAYLA at #1195 DISRESPECTS ME FOR THEIR MISTAKE! Not gonna do that with me! I ordered 3 to-go plates of DOUBLE VEGETABLES, CHEESE, NO MEAT - DOUBLE OMELETTES, with sides on 3 days. But I NEVER got 2 of 3 orders WRONG in 1 week until now. So I’ve ate at Waffle Houses in MANY states n cities. Before that, Army for 7 years and became injured vet. AGENCY assigned to Narcotics at Greenville Sheriff Dept.

My email is and my phone number is (864) 414-0837 if you could contact me and what can be done about this ordeal that we had to go through, I would appreciate it very much. It will be a while before me and my family decide to go there again, their were 4 of us. Part of the staff didn't ack like they wanted or cared to do anything. it was terrible customer service and waiting and we spent about 2 hours with everthing going on in there. we also never got any refills or some of our food. We have been going to wafflehouse for years but this was the worst experience ever, they were letting some of the people leave with food in boxes and not having to pay that were sitting at the booth. 2 of us orderered the allstar breakfast and never received our waffles and our eggs were ordered srambled well and both of them had cheese on them, couldn't eat those either. So we waited around another 35 minutes before we got to order. then she just cleared the plates and glasses and never wiped it down. Upon arrival at the store no tables were cleaned so we sat down where someone else had been sitting and about 35 minutes into us sitting down I caught a waitress as she was going by and got her to clean table off.
